HIXIH TIRE USA WARRANTY FORM

This warranty form is for HIXIH Authorized Dealers and Distributors only. Customers who purchased HIXIH tires from an authorized dealer must submit their warranty requests through the dealer where they made the purchase. 

Important: Only one tire per warranty form should be submitted. Do not submit multiple tires on a single form.

New warranty cases take approximately 3 to 5 business days to process, so please ensure all required details and supporting photos are provided to avoid delays. 

You can access all your submitted warranty cases and track their status through this portal at any time.

Date code is a 4-digit number mold on tire sidewall, right after the DOT number. e.g. 2501, meaning the tire is manufactured the 01 week of year 2025. 
Serial Number is a 10-digit number mold on tire sidewall. It is initially printed in a white sticker with a barcode on top. if the white sticker is lost, you can still find the 10-digit number in the same location but molded on the tire surface. Remember take a picture of the serial number, it is required below. 
Miles driven after the installation of the tire.

Briefly describe the tire damage/failure. 
Upload a photo of the tire defect/damage part. All photos uploaded need to be in .jpg or .png. Other format will invalidate the warranty request. 
Upload another photo of the tire defect/damage part, from a different angle, or upload a photo of a second defect/damage part of the same tire. Do not upload photos from different tires.
Upload a photo of the Serial Number molded on tire sidewall. The 10 digits need to be clear and readable.
Upload a photo showing the tire thread or the full tire.
